Frequently Asked Questions
1. What is up with these "funky" color names?
They are the names of real minerals of a "Similar Color". However, they are Not that mineral.
We have tried to indicate all sparkling/shimmering/frosted colors by adding the word Glow to their names. For our "Chameleon Colors", the word Fire indicates sparkles of a totally different color!
2. I already use another brand... Can I mix them?
Certainly! Most customers do go ahead and mix their remaining "other brand" with ours to get it used up!
3. I've tried other brands and was allergic to them. What makes yours different?
Our minerals do not contain fillers, waxes, oils, perfume, etc.. Other companies add these to make their production costs cheaper and to make that "cheapened" product appear more appealing (bismuth oxychloride). It is those ingredients that cause the most allergic reactions. Many customers who have been allergic to other brands, are able to use ours with no fear.
4. So, just exactly what is in it? What about SPF?
We have our Ingredients List on our "Ingredients" page.
Most of our products provide SPF in varying degrees depending on the formula. Using them together increases your protection!
5. How much do I get?
Industry standards list jar size by Liquid Volume...Not really relavent to our Dry Powders! So, we put a detailed list of jar sizes and quantities at the bottom of our Ingredients page "Ingredients" page.
6. If I use Foundation, why would I want a separate "CoverUp"?
While our foundations give you excellent coverage, occasionally mother nature gives us imperfections that just need a little extra coverage... dark circles, acne, rosacea, scars, etc. Not everyone "Needs" extra coverage all the time. Others mix a CoverUp with their foundation for everyday use... It all depends on your own skin.
The really beautiful thing is that they do it all while giving you the look of flawless, beautiful bare skin!

7. What payment options do I have?
Online options include Credit Cards, PayPal and Money Orders. We currently accept Money Orders mailed in to us for US orders.
Our shopping cart is also set up for PayPal payments so that you can use your Credit/Debit card with or Without having a PayPal account.
We are pleased to now be able to offer you Bill Me Later from the PayPal Financing Program. The Bill Me Later Payment Option will appear on the PayPal page where you enter your credit card info or log-in to your PayPal account.

8. How long will it take my order to arrive? How will it ship?
We use USPS First Class Ground Advantage for most orders within the United States. Most orders within the US arrive in 3-5 days depending on destination. We offer an Upgrade to Priority Mail and Priority Express in case you need it just a little bit faster.
9. What about Samples?
Because is it sooooo hard to choose the right Foundation - even while standing at a huge makeup counter.... and variations in computers monitors skew the colors of pictures, we make our Foundations, Blush, Finish, Bronzers, Coverups and Correctors available in Sample Sizes.
10. How do I know which color? The picture looks okay but....
No two Monitors will display a picture with the exact same colors. Different manufacturers, different computer systems, different personal settings.... This makes picking the right color even harder!
That is why we have the Samples available. They allow you to see the colors before you commit to full sizes!
11. What about Affiliates / Bulk / Wholesale ?
Our Bulk Wholesale Site is located at www.Prmnl.com

12. Can I change/cancel my order? What does the order "Status" mean?
There are Six possibilities for Order Status: New Order, Processing, Shipped, Pending Pmnt Rcpt, Pend Confirmation and Cancelled.
They are visible in your account history.
- New Orders are ones we have not seen yet.
- Processing Orders have been printed and are being packaged for shipment.
- Pending Pmnt Rcpt (Pending Payment Receipt) Orders are those that we have not yet received payment... As soon as we do, we change the status.
- Pend Confirmation (Pending Confirmation) Orders are those that require additional information before we can finish processing it. That information could be a question about a product sent to you or simply awaiting additional verification from the credit card processor.
Order Changes/Cancellation - Orders can be cancelled or changed up until they leave here and the status is "Shipped."
Email us as soon as you realize the error and we will see what we can do.... We promise to "try"!
Email is BEST as we can not hear the phone over certain machines.
13. Do you have a Catalog?
We are working on the Online Catalog.
14. How much will shipping be? Can I pickup my order at your Shop?
